All staff were super helpful and friendly. West rim site 13 was so nice. Life can be lost or severe injuries can occur. The sites further from parking had paths so they didn't have to walk the distance listed on the website. Note that there are 600 steps down to the bottom of the canyon to view the waterfalls (and 600 steps back up) and during droughts, the waterfalls can all but disappear. Signs are a little confusing when you are trying to find your site but campers around are very friendly and pointed us in the right direction. The park itself is beautiful, with great hiking, waterfalls, disc golf, mountain biking/horseback trails. Cloudland Canyon is a beautiful place to visit. We would highly recommend staying at this campground, and if we were ever in this area again would book here without hesitation. Wash rooms were dated & just OK but also had washer & dryer.
